Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup water or milk (your choice)
  • 2 tbsp 247life strawberry and berry smoothie blend
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 vegan made delights turkish delights
  • Red food colouring (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mashed raspberries
  • Desiccated coconut to roll

Method

1. Soak your oats in milk for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
2. Stir in your all other ingredients and roll into 1 tbsp sized balls. Roll through desiccated coconut if you like.
3. Store in the fridge.
